The story behind Everything Claude Code
A video about the hackathon, the people, and the context behind the project now also known as ECC—before moving into its technical pieces.

I have studied programming since 2015 and use this space to document lessons, tools, and practical projects.
I am Bruno Paim, a Software Engineer interested in building interfaces, integrations, and digital solutions with technical clarity and practical value.
My experience spans frontend and full-stack software engineering, automation, API integrations, and applied AI studies. brunopaim.tech exists to gather that process in my own space.
The focus here is to share studies, tools I have been testing, behind-the-scenes notes from the software engineering routine, and projects in progress.
01 / Professional experience
Each stage expanded a different part of my work: from full-stack software engineering to frontend architecture, automation, data, infrastructure, and AI applied to real products.
I joined NEOT at an early stage as the company’s third team member, working alongside the CEO and tech lead. I started in a part-time, frontend-focused role and, since June 2025, have expanded my scope to deliver full-stack products with high autonomy, from requirements and user journeys to data modeling, backend services, and interfaces.
highlights from this stage
At Sinapsis, I worked on energy platforms with large datasets and geospatial interfaces. It was a stage where frontend performance, cost decisions, and backend processing had to move together.
highlights from this stage
The challenge in this contract was to move conversations and lead distribution away from isolated account access and into one operation. I built a web platform that centralized customer service, routing, and data intake.
highlights from this stage
At Onisys, software was directly connected to road-transport safety. I worked on applications that brought trips, telemetry, training, and risk events together to make daily operations more visible.
highlights from this stage
At loc X, beyond the features of a B2B real-estate platform, I faced a migration problem spread across approximately 100 GB of PDFs, spreadsheets, and CSV files. I turned that heterogeneous dataset into a reproducible search, extraction, and import workflow.
highlights from this stage
At Francisco Imóveis, automation became part of my daily work. I connected systems and channels that previously depended on manual tasks while also taking ownership of Linux production operations.
highlights from this stage
Early in my professional development journey, I worked across Android applications, web services, and an ERP. This stage kept me close to both the code and customer conversations about maintenance and new features.

02 / Beyond the classroom
Before and throughout my career, research, teaching, community, and technical-support projects helped bring theory, practice, and people closer together.
My degree also included experiences beyond coursework. During four years with the Engineering Students’ Athletic Association at CEFET-MG, I moved from Vice President to President and helped organize experiences that connected students from different programs.
highlights from this stage
During undergraduate research, I worked on modeling a COMAU Smart5 SiX industrial robot and simulating laser-cutting operations. It became a meeting point between programming, robotics, and my mechatronics background.
highlights from this stage
I participated in the Sementes Project for more than a year, contributing to two very different phases of this Mechatronics Engineering PET initiative. In 2019, we brought programming and robotics to public schools in the Central-West region of Minas Gerais; in 2020, I helped adapt the entire experience to remote delivery using Webots.
highlights from this stage
Near the end of my technical program, I participated in a digital inclusion project for women assisted by the Women’s Reference Center. The initiative connected technologies available on computers, laptops, and smartphones with everyday situations and essential skills for the job market.
highlights from this stage
During my IT lab internship, technology appeared in its most concrete layer: organizing equipment, performing maintenance, supporting users, and troubleshooting everyday issues.
One of my first research experiences took place during the IT technical program and focused on characterizing and designing a class-scheduling system. The study covered the system’s initial development stages, connecting requirements gathering, modeling, and project planning.

03 / On video
On YouTube, I turn research and experiments into videos about tools, projects, and technical decisions. It continues what I document on the blog while giving me another way to show the process.
